UK Joins The Over 100% Club

Add the UK to the list of European countries that have more mobile phone subscribers than people. There are, of course, a few reasons for this... from users who have multiple pre-pay accounts (often visitors) to those who have separate work and personal phones. There are some who prefer to have one device for voice and another for email. While that last one suggests that the numbers could drop if a truly converged device hits the market, these numbers does show that the issue of 100% penetration need not be a "market saturation" point.
