T-Mobile Gets Top Scores For Customer Satisfaction
More results were released from the J.D. Power 2004 U.S. Wireless Regional Customer Satisfaction Index Study, which we discussed briefly in August. The new results reveal staggering success by T-Mobile, which is rated tops in customer satisfaction in all six regions of the US by J.D. Power. Verizon remained a formidable competitor with first place ties (with T-Mobile) in four of those six regions. Also significant: the overall industry has improved in customer satisfaction for the first time in three years, up 5% over last year's satisfaction average.
