3 Opens Up Just A Tiny Little Bit
So soon after telling people that they must be "nuts" if they want internet access on their phone, Hutchison's 3 UK has decided to open up just a smidgen. No, they're not allowing internet access (don't be "nuts"!), but are going to let content owners sell ringtones and java games, delivered via SMS shortcodes. At some point, you would think they might realize that opening up their platform makes it a lot more enticing for people to sign up for service.
