Cisco Joins The WiMax Party
Apparently feeling a bit left out of all the hype, Cisco has finally decided they might want to pay attention to this WiMax thing and has joined the WiMax forum. Of course, as Nokia has shown by joining, leaving and joining again, it might not necessarily mean that much to actually be in (or not) the forum. Still, if you want to present a unified front, saying that all the big tech companies support this particular wireless standard, it certainly doesn't hurt to have Cisco on board.
