Nokia Ships Millionth N-Gage
The oft-criticized (for overhype) Nokia N-Gage is steadily gaining steam as a wireless device and as a gaming platform. This week Nokia announced they had shipped one million of the advanced handsets, including both first and second generation models. Strangely, in October last year, they already claimed 400,000 units sold. At the time, we were skeptical about their ability to hit their estimates of "millions of units sold", but agree now that hitting the million mark is significant. Perhaps to further boost sales, Nokia could have another launch party!
