Someone over at ABCNews has discovered that mobile phone service sucks. It's not liked dropped calls are a new phenomenon, and while the article mentions that most carriers know exactly where their deadspots are, the reporter leaves out the fact that there are efforts under way to force the carriers to reveal this information.
