Can Microsoft Make Smart Phones?
News.com is running an interview with Ya-Qin Zhang of Microsoft all about their smart phone efforts. The interview is amazingly devoid of specifics, but can be summarized as stating that Microsoft hasn't really done a great job yet, but they will try harder in the future -- sort of typical Microsoft. Don't worry until they hit version 3.0.
