Carriers Suing Minnesota So They Can Make Changes In Secret
A group of the big wireless carriers have all teamed up to sue Minnesota Attorney General Mike Hatch to stop a new law going into effect that will require the carriers to (gasp!) actually tell people they've changed their contracts. Their argument is that it illegally regulates the rates the carriers can charge. That seems like quite a stretch. They're not saying they can't change their rates -- just that they need to tell their subscribers first.
