Here Comes WAPjacking
Because bluejacking and bluesnarfing have become so tired already, we already need a new mobile phone threat. How about one that combines the simplicity of the old modem redialer scam (where a trojan disconnects your modem and makes it dial a premium rate number in the Bahamas or wherever) with a nice little SMS message? I've dubbed it WAPjacking. While the damage it does sounds bad, the lack of any stories where this actually has happened makes it feel like yet another hyped up security threat.
