SMS Spam On The Rise
Well, it looks like we should expect the SMS spam % reports to start mimicking email spam reports. Ever since email spam first became a real issue, we've been seeing an ongoing stream of announcements every few months about just what percentage of all email is spam - with current estimates now well over 50%. Back in the SMS world, the numbers are lower, but growing. Over in Korea, they're now reporting that one in ten SMS messages are spam. Just wait until 10% seems like "the good old days."
