Welcome Back, Craig McCaw

There's a lot of buzz around, as people are trying to figure out what Craig McCaw is up to this time. It appears that he's put together a few of his investments into Clearwire Holdings, where he seems to be listed as an executive officer. That's about all that people know, other than there's been a lot of spectrum buying or leasing going on. Meanwhile, WiFi Networking News and Steve Stroh contribute to the speculation. It certainly wouldn't surprise us if he's making another go at a broadband wireless offering (via WiMax or some other method). No matter what, you know that his entry will get a lot of press attention on the space.
