Mobile Messaging Isn't Always Easy
Here's an interesting article discussing how something that should be simple - testing the Treo to see if they could use it in a corporate environment to get email - isn't always that simple. A variety of problems later, they needed to install separate IMAP servers just so they could send emails to the Treo. This highlights some of the reasons why mobile use in the enterprise doesn't catch on as fast as some companies hope it will.
