The Law Says Lock Up Your WiFi

Securing your corporate WiFi networks might not just be the smart thing to do these days, it might actually be the law. That seems to be the opinion of some who are looking over Sarbanes-Oxley and other similar corporate governance rules concerning how data is dealt with in the corporate environment. So, now, since we've already been hearing stories of people getting arrested for war driving, maybe the people who leave their networks unsecured will be getting arrested as well. "What are you in for?" "Oh, I hacked a corporate network. You?" "I'm the guy who didn't secure that network properly." Of course, it would be nice if friendly network owners learned to set up their access points to allow guests, without giving them greater access to the rest of the corporate network (or any traffic traveling through that access point).
