Where Are All The Cool Phones?

We've discussed this many times before, but many people make their mobile service buying decisions based on the phone and not the service. So why aren't there more cool phones? Eric Lin is over at CeBIT and wants to see more phones that hit people at an emotional level that makes them say "I want this phone." Instead, the focus is all on random features that users aren't really sure they want.
