Do Hotels Wish They Hadn't Installed WiFi?
Guy Kewney reports that hotels need better systems to handle WiFi support, because right now, many hotels wish they hadn't installed WiFi - as the costs from a tech support standpoint are killing them. The problem is that WiFi is still difficult to manage, and any systems that make it easier to set up and manage WiFi systems, without requiring additional tech support headcount are going to be in demand.
