WiFi Awareness Growing
Sometimes folks in the wireless industry seem to forget that not everyone knows (or cares!) what WiFi is. However, it appears that WiFi awareness is growing at a pretty good pace. There are still a lot of people who have no clue what it is (over 40% of all US adults), and of those who do know about it, many only seem to have a very basic idea of what it is (with a large percentage admitting they've just heard of it, but have no clue what it is). Still, the awareness is well up from a year ago, suggesting that the message is getting out there.
