Here Comes The UWB Publicity Campaign
Now that we've got two different UWB standards fighting it out for market acceptance to determine the "one true UWB", we've shifted to a PR campaign for the standards. So, it's no surprise to see a Reuters article touting just how wonderful TI's version of UWB will be - without bothering to mention the fact that it's not the only UWB out there. The article reads like a press release from TI and not a journalistic effort to look into what's really happening with UWB. RCR Wireless News does a better job with a brief piece noting the two camps are butting heads.
