More US Cities Banning Driving While Yakking
Yet another place in the US is jumping on the bandwagon as Washington DC has banned driving while yakking. Like just about everywhere else where such laws are in place, expect this one to be ignored frequently by just about everyone. It's amusing to see how politically popular these laws are - yet most of the population doesn't seem to care. That is, this appears to be the type of law that sounds good - but which no one wants applied to themselves.
