UK Motorists Ignoring Driving While Yakking Law
Over in the UK, it sounds like people are taking after New Yorkers and are pretty much ignoring the law banning talking on your mobile phone while driving. It also sounds like many people have no idea what is outlawed - as many believe it's okay to accept incoming calls as long as you don't make any outgoing calls (not as ridiculous as it sounds, since many people think the distracting part is the dialing). Still, it shows that these laws don't seem to do much concerning the issue of driving while yakking.
