As was predicted last month, it's looking like no agreement is going to be made on a UWB standard, and the two major options are simply going to battle it out in the market place and hope that one becomes the de facto standard - which will then be written up as the official standard. This probably is not the best way to build up this market, but it's what's going to happen.
