When All Else Fails, Try Porn

Can you sense the desperation? As Hutchison's 3 3G service continues to struggle for a reason to exist, they're launching a porn-on-demand service for mobile phones. I guess I'm not the target market, but they believe it's going to be big business for people who really really want to see about as tiny a porn image or video as possible as they're standing next to other commuters on the train. Hmm. All this for the low, low price of £2.50 (approximately $4.35 US) per postage stamp sized video. Then, as an added benefit, they claim "images will not be stored in the memory of a customer's phone." I imagine this is considered a good thing so that someone else using your phone doesn't notice all the images of naked people. However, no matter what my own opinion of porn is, if I'm going to pay $5 for some content, I'd damn well like to be able to hang onto it.
