Court Says Number Portability Will Move Forward

Let the games begin... As just about everyone expected, a US Court of Appeals today denied the request of those hoping for an injunction to delay number portability going into effect. Thus, as of Monday, millions of people will be eligible to keep their phone number, while switching to one of the other wireless carriers... only to discover that the service levels are basically the same.
