Businesses Getting Around The WiFi Security Question
Well, it's about time. For years we've been pointing out that the security issues surrounding WiFi have been both over and under hyped. It appears that many corporate IT folks (phew) have ignored most of the hype and are realizing that, if implemented properly you can set up a pretty secure system, depending on your needs. Nothing is ever perfectly secure, of course, but many of the initial fear mongering reports have turned out to be overblown - and companies are recognizing that. Some of this is due to new technologies, but most of it is due to a better understanding of the technology and how it works.
