Time For Virgin Mobile Canada?
Having successfully done the MVNO thing in the UK and the US, Richard Branson is turning his marketing eyes northward. He's apparently hoping to launch Virgin Mobile Canada sometime soon - possibly using Microcell as the underlying carrier. Rumors flew a few years back that the two had a deal that fell apart when Microcell faced some financial problems. Now that Microcell is back on their feet and Virgin Mobile US seems to be humming along, all the stars are apparently aligned.
