USA Today Discovers Push-To-Talk
Nothing all that new, but USA Today has a nice, simple roundup article about push-to-talk, admitting that carriers have high hopes for how it will push up ARPUs, but it's still unclear if it will really catch on widely. There's no doubt that many people mind find it useful, but there are still plenty of hurdles in convincing customers of that fact. Of course, the carriers, so far, aren't helping get over most of these hurdles by doing pointless things like bashing each others offerings and insisting that cross-carrier compatibility isn't all that important.
