WAP Continues To Comeback
Well, look at that. Now that most of the media has completely written off WAP, it's actually being used. WAP, of course, was fun to criticize when carriers were pitching it as the "wireless internet" - but now that everyone's attention is focused elsewhere, it turns out that WAP actually is useful for basic information. Of course, this has always been true, but since no one is expecting it to replicate a regular internet surfing experience people are actually looking at what it's useful for, and not comparing it to the web.
