Tapwave Zodiac Gets FCC Approval

Back in May, we spoke about Tapwave, the new company of former Palm execs who were trying to take Palm's OS and use it to build a new gaming device to compete with the Gameboy (and all the other handheld gaming devices on their way to market). Now, Tapwave has received FCC approval, meaning that there's a bit more info available on the device. While originally, it wasn't known if there was going to be a wireless connection, they now say it'll have Bluetooth to let gamers connect and play against each other. The article linked above has some pictures and more details as well. Of course, some still think it's going to be tough to compete with the Game Boy Advance so established and so many other players (including Sony) coming to market.
