What If You Can Get Video Just Fine On Your 2.5G Phone?
Yesterday we had a little debate over whether or not video was really going to be a motivating factor in getting people to upgrade to 3G. If companies are really relying on video as such a "killer app" then this next announcement might spell trouble for them. BT has apparently developed some technology that lets them do a pretty good job streamng video over GPRS. Of course, with any such thing I'd like to see the results before I believe the hype.
