Verizon Makes Its Website Friendlier

Verizon Wireless has enhanced its website to improve their communications with customers. The website has improved help and support, and Spanish-language sections. These efforts to improve customer relations and loyalty are part of an excellent concerted effort at VZW to be the big winner when customers are released by wireless Local Number Portability later this year.
