Over-Enthusiastic Agent Spams Mobiles

It still surprises me whenever I hear stories of anyone ever "accidentally" spamming people. A real estate agent in Australia has apologized to many people saying that an "over-enthusiastic" employee sent out SMS spam at 4am, waking up many of the recipients. The firm says that it was a new employee who has been disciplined. I would think that doing such a thing should be a cause for dismissal as, at the very least, it shows a severe lack of judgment.
