Qualcomm Sues TI Over Patents
Gotta be careful when you're licensing patents. Qualcomm is now suing Texas Instruments for breaching their patent licensing agreement. Basically, they had already licensed the patent rights to TI, so that TI could make chips based on Qualcomm's technology. However, part of the licensing terms required TI not to reveal... something. And, now, Qualcomm says, they revealed it. Of course, no one is clear on what was revealed, but Qualcomm clearly isn't happy about it.
