New Cellphone Firm Vows End to Afghan Frustrations
Maybe the US should start calling it's various wars from the past few years a "push to bring mobile phone service to the world". Following the stories about Iraq's mysteriously appearing mobile phone service, here's a story saying that Afghanistan is about to get its second mobile phone network.
