3G Could Lead To Harassment Claims
Well, here we go again with people blaming the technology for people doing bad things with it. Someone is now warning of the "dangers" of 3G camera phones, saying that it's going to lead to increased sexual harassment claims and more intellectual property theft. They're saying that new laws are needed as well as new corporate policies to deal with 3G phones. I don't see why this would be the case. Invading people's privacy and stealing intellectual property are still illegal, no matter what the method used is.
