Operators Bash 3G Handsets
Having just posted a story about how Nokia was finally shipping 3G handsets, I come across this following story that says that the wireless carriers are all bashing the quality of the various 3G handsets, saying that they all suck. Some are good at some tasks, some are good at others, but none is designed to give people the true 3G experience. Of course, now Hutchison is going to try to convince us that the reasons they've had so much difficulty with their 3G offering is because the headsets were terrible. No matter what, it's becoming increasingly clear that the major rollout of 3G service in Europe was a bit premature.
