Photo Messaging to Drive Mobile Industry
A new study says that photo-messaging is going to drive the mobile industry. It certainly sounds better than saying that "mobile content" is going to drive the industry, but I still wonder about what happens when the novelty factor wears off for picture messaging. Also, this is a survey of what people say they will do, which doesn't always translate into what they actually will do. They claim that they're willing to pay for picture messaging - sometimes saying they would pay over a dollar per message which sounds ridiculously high to me.
