Users Not Happy With Hutchison So Far

Ah, when will they learn? If you hype up your service like crazy, people are going to be upset when the service doesn't come anywhere near the service levels you told them it would. Hutchison is discovering that problem now as they're having plenty of complaints about their "3" service. Now, I'll admit that it's a new network, and a new service, and there are lots of "growing problems" to be expected. However, Hutchison doesn't get any leeway because for months before the launch all they did was hype it up. Perhaps they should have done a little less hyping, and a little more preparing.
