Wristwatch Phone Proves Popular
Clearly, I have no idea what I'm talking about. After suggesting that a "wristwatch" phone was most likely to end up as a novelty item instead of a really useful phone, DoCoMo came out with their wristwatch phone, the Wristomo, in Japan and they sold out of the first batch in 20 minutes. Of course, it still might end up as a novelty item. I do like the "concept" of having one less device to carry... I'm just not convinced of the practicality of it.
