Kinko's To Offer T-Mobile Wireless Internet Service
Well, add Kinko's to Starbucks and Borders, as chain retail establishments offering T-Mobile WiFi hotspots. Kinko's makes a lot of sense, clearly, since you have the right type of customer heading there. Customers at Kinko's would also seem more willing to actually pay for hotspot usage. It will be interesting to see if those hotspots get any more use than the ones at Starbucks, which have been slow to catch on. I also wonder why T-Mobile (unlike competitors Boingo and Wayport) doesn't offer a "day rate" - which makes a lot more sense than a per-minute rate.
