The Wild Card In Telecom Restructuring
News.com is running a discussion about the state of the telecom market, where they discuss wireless as the potential savior for an industry that has taken quite a beating. Of course, the old WiFi issue comes up again - this described as a "wildcard". The telecom companies realize that it's both a threat and an opportunity. Of course, just about any opportunity is also a threat if not dealt with properly, so I don't think that's the most enlightening statement.
