New Nokia Phones Target CDMA Market, Report Says
Nokia accidentally sent out a press release they had meant to save for next week saying that they're making a big push into the CDMA market. While Nokia phone dominate the handset market, they've never gotten very far with CDMA. Of course, their move into CDMA isn't a huge surprise, given Sprint PCS's announcement back in November that they were finally going to reintroduce Nokia CDMA phones. It's never really made that much sense that Nokia hasn't made a big effort to court this market since it makes up such a large percentage of American mobile phone users.
