KPN, mm02 Scrap 3G Linkup Plans
After the 3G spectrum debacle European carriers were begging the EU and their domestic regulators for some sort of relief. Instead of getting money back they got permission to share network assets. Apparently KPN and mm02 don't think it's worth the bother and have killed plans to work together on 3G.
