Mobile Infrastructure Spending Predicted To Rebound
While some are saying that 3G has just been a huge waste of money, IDC is now predicting that new investments in 3G infrastructure will be a big part of wireless infrastructure spending in the next few years. They say that the demand for 3G services is still there, and the wireless carriers will eventually get their act together to actually offer the services people want. In the meantime, that should be good news for the companies that make the equipment needed for that infrastructure.
