Survey Finds Cell Phone Frustrations

In a study that should surprise absolutely no one, it turns out that many many people aren't happy with their mobile phone service. Currently about a third of mobile phone users are thinking about switching providers. Since it's increasingly becoming common knowledge that all mobile phone carriers have service problems, I'm wondering if the fear of getting "something worse" is holding back some people from switching. I know it's kept me with my current mobile phone provider for quite some time.
