Sendo Sues Microsoft
Last month when Sendo killed their Microsoft powered Z100 phone everyone wondered why. At the time Sendo said they decided to switch from MS Smartphone to Nokia's Series 60 because they couldn't modify the Microsoft OS. Now more of the story comes out as Sendo sues Microsoft. Sendo believes that Microsoft shared some of Sendo's exclusive features with other OEMs. If Sendo's allegations are true this could be a serious blow to Microsoft's wireless plans. The industry is already wary of Microsoft's tendency to commoditize hardware. This case could validate their concerns.
