Samsung's New Phone Can Read Your Handwriting
Still pushing for a "convergence" solution, Samsung has come out with a phone that includes a touch screen and handwriting recognition so people can jot notes directly into their phone. Of course, this seems more like typical PDA functionality, but now they're adding it to a phone. Since mobile phones and PDAs are converging anyway, this isn't all that surprising. All it really shows is that Samsung is trying to not be beaten out of the handset business by the PDA makers.
