RIM Infringed On Patents
RIM has been very aggressive in protecting its intellectual property. But it seems they aren't exactly innocent of infringing patents themselves. A jury this week ruled that RIM infringed on patents related to wireless email held by holding company NTP. RIM of course doesn't agree with the verdict and plans to appeal.
