NY Times Discovers Wi-Fi
The NY Times has discovered Wi-Fi. Nothing all that new in the article, as they go through the same basic steps repeating what Wi-Fi is and how it works for the few people out there who still haven't heard of it. Much of the article focuses on Vivato, the company making a special array of wifi antennas to increase the range of wifi. They also talk about recent FCC mutterings concerning opening up spectrum, and what that might mean for larger companies that have already made expensive bets on spectrum.
