More Cuts At SprintPCS

In a further effort to cut costs, SprintPCS plans to lay off 1,600 employees starting today and continuing through the end of the year. The company has already laid off 13,000 employees over the last year. Letting go of people is never fun, but it amazes me when companies announce lay offs ahead of time. That can't make it fun place to work for those who don't know when and if they will be cut.
