Carriers See Differing Capex Angles For 2003
While most carriers plan to cut spending next year, T-Mobile plans to expand its US network and fill in deadspots. Their announcement comes as the company reports its best third-quarter ever with 869,000 net new subscribers. Given the strong results, parent company Deutsche Telekom said it has no plans to sell off or merge the company with another US GSM carrier.
