Subscribers Down, You Are Outta Here

Number two US wireless carrier has a tough third quarter. While most other carriers posted subscriber gains, Cingular actually lost subscribers. As a result CEO Stephen Carter has been sent back to Cingular jv partner SBC and Stan Sigman will step in as the company's new CEO.
